It’s just about fall which means baking season is right around the corner, or frying if you’re into that.
I’ll be posting tips on baking and how to improve your skills for making homemade goods- lets start with something simple… like fillings.

Something that makes jelly doughnuts/doughnut holes way easier to make is knowing you can just use a wide nosed plastic syringe or something akin to that to inject jam, jelly or whichever fillings you want after they’re fried or baked; that way you don’t need to flatten and roll them over a jam filling.
Different fruits, creams, sugars and the like react differently to heat so do some research on what your filling is and made out of beforehand!
