Avocado Tuna Wraps

These avocado tuna wraps are loaded with protein, veggies, and good fats for a healthy, filling meal. They are easy to make and perfect for meal prepping!
Avocado Tuna Wraps


  1. 2 packets of Blue Harbor Fish Co. tuna
  2. 2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
  3. 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise or mashed avocado
  4. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  5. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  6. 3 soft tortillas or other wraps


  1. 1 avocado – sliced thin
  2. 1 medium carrot – julienned or shredded
  3. 1 cup spinach
  4. roasted chickpeas, if desired
  5. red onion, if desired


  • Open tuna packets and empty into a medium bowl. Use a fork to shred the tuna. Add dijon mustard, mayonnaise or mashed avocado if using, black pepper, and cayenne. Mix until well-combined.
