Baked Chicken Parmesan

Baked Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
  1. 2.5 - 3 lb chicken breast
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  4. 1/2 tbsp dried minced garlic
  5. 1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
  6. 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  7. 1/2 tbsp dried basil
  8. 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
  9. 1/4 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  10. pinch of salt
  11. 1 cup jarred marinara sauce
  12. 6 oz shredded mozzarella

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400. Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Beat egg in one small wide bowl. In a second bowl combine the parmesan cheese with all the spices and mix.
