BBQ KETO CHICKEN CASSEROLE RECIPE

Barbecue and casserole are two of my favorite words to describe a recipe.  This BBQ Keto Chicken Casserole Recipe is going to become a family favorite.  So delicious, and easy to make, you are going to add this to your meal plan on a regular basis!

BBQ KETO CHICKEN CASSEROLE RECIPE

Ingredients:
  1. 1 large package of boneless skinless chicken breast or breast tenderloins
  2. 1 cup sugar-free bbq sauce
  3. garlic pepper seasoning or your favorite chicken seasoning
  4. 1 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese
  5. 2 tablespoon melted butter
  6. 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  7. 6 pieces of bacon
  8. salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
  • Sprinkle chicken generously with garlic pepper seasoning.
  • Cook boneless skinless chicken in slow cooker 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high. If cooking tenderloins decrease time to 5 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
