BLT Alfredo Skillet Ravioli

Adding spinach, tomatoes, and bacon to Alfredo sauce makes a delicious and easy dinner when added to cheese raviolis. Bacon, spinach, tomato, and Alfredo sauce makes this easy skillet dinner a family favorite.  This BLT Alfredo Skillet Ravioli got a thumbs up from our kids when we served it for dinner.

BLT Alfredo Skillet Ravioli

Ingredients
  1. 1 - 25 ounce bag frozen cheese ravioli
  2. 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1 - 10 ounce container cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. 1 cup chopped spinach
  5. 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  6. 1 - 15 ounce jar Alfredo sauce
  7. 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
  • Cook the ravioli according to the package directions. Drain and keep warm.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the halved tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and bacon and cook for another minute or until the spinach wilts.
