Blueberry Milkshake

This recipe for a blueberry milkshake is a cool treat that's on the lighter side - this milkshake has 70% less calories than the original version! Adapted from Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine.

Blueberry Milkshake

INGREDIENTS
  1. 2 cups light vanilla ice cream
  2. 2 cups 1% milk
  3. 2 cups frozen blueberries
  4. 2 tablespoons honey
  5. Whipped cream, fresh berries and sprigs of mint for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a blender, puree all of the ingredients until thick and smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles and fresh berries.
