  1. 5 lb. spaghetti squash
  2. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  3. 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
  4. 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced
  5. 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  6. 3/4 cup 2% milk
  7. 2 cups shredded Cabot Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  8. 1 teaspoon dry parsley
  9. 1 teaspoon dry basil
  10. 1 teaspoon dry oregano
