Chocolate Layer Dessert with Homemade Whipped Cream


Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
  1. 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  2. 1 sleeve graham crackers (crushed)
  3. Cream Cheese Layer
  4. 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  5. 8 oz. container whipped topping (thawed)
  6. 1 cup powdered sugar
  7. Chocolate Pudding Layer
  8. 5.9 oz. pkg. instant pudding
  9. 2-1/2 cups cold milk
  10. Whipped Cream Layer
  11. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  12. 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  13. 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  14. Toppings
  15. 1.55 oz Hershey candy bar (chopped)
  16. 1/3 cup pecans (chopped)

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.
  2. Graham Cracker Layer
  3. Melt the butter in the casserole dish. Add the crushed graham crackers to the butter. Mix and press into the bottom of the dish.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool.
  5. Cream Cheese Layer
  6. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer. Add the whipped topping and blend in.
  7. Spread on top of the cooled graham crackers.
  8. Chocolate Pudding Layer
  9. Add the instant pudding mix and milk to a medium-sized bowl and mix well until pudding is thick.
  10. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  11. Whipped Cream Layer
  12. Add the heavy whipping cream to a medium-sized bowl. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until peaks form.
  13. Spread over chocolate layer.
