Cream Filling for Cupcakes

This recipe is not specifically for cupcakes, but it is REALLY good in cupcakes.

Cream Filling for Cupcakes

Ingredients
  1. 2 teaspoons very hot water
  2. ¼ teaspoon salt
  3. 1 - 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
  4. ½ cup shortening
  5. ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  6. ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
  • In the work bowl of a stand mixer add the water and salt. Stir to dissolve the salt in the hot water and allow to cool.
