HEALTHY CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE (MOCKSHAKE RECIPE)

Healthy Chocolate Milkshake, a quick homemade “mockshake” drink that is a cross between a smoothie and milkshake. This chocolate milkshake recipe has no added sugar, gluten free, and can also be made dairy free. Great way how to make a milkshake without ice cream!
HEALTHY CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE (MOCKSHAKE RECIPE)

Ingredients

  1. 1 medium banana sliced & frozen
  2. 1 cup ice cubes
  3. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or unsweetened coconut milk or regular milk)
  4. 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter (or peanut butter or any nut butter or nut powder)
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. Topping (optional): whipped cream/whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Place the banana slices, ice cubes, almond milk, cocoa powder, almond butter, and vanilla into a blender and process until smooth.
