Keto Cauliflower Ziti

Keto Cauliflower Ziti

Ingredients:
  1. 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  2. 1 onion, chopped
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  5. 1 lb ground beef
  6. 2 tbsp tomato paste
  7. 1 tsp oregano
  8. 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  9. 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
  10. 2 cups ricotta cheese
  11. 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  12. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  13. salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Drain and set aside.
