M&M NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER PIE RECIPE: A CREAMY & CHOCOLATE DESSERT

M&M NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER PIE RECIPE: A CREAMY & CHOCOLATE DESSERT

Ingredients
Oreo Crust

  1. 1 package of double stuffed Oreos
  2. 1/4 C Mini M&M's
  3. 1/2 C unsalted sweet cream butter, melted

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

  1. 2 - 8oz cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 C creamy and smooth peanut butter
  3. 1 - 8oz container of cool whip
  4. 1/4 C mini M&Ms

For the Rich Chocolate Ganache:

  1. 1 1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips plus some for topping
  2. 3/4 C heavy whipping cream
  3. 1/4 C Mini M&M's

For the Peanut Butter Frosting:

  1. 1/2 C unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
  2. 1/4 C peanut butter
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 1 C powder sugar
  5. 3-5 tbsp heavy whipping cream 

Instructions

  • Crust Directions: Using a blender, add entire package of oreo's into the blender and blend until the cookies are in fine crumbs.
  • Using a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreos, melted butter and mini m&ms.
  • Press evenly into a 10 inch pie pan.
  • Place in fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Filling Directions: Using a standing mixer with a whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until creamy and smooth.
  • Mix in the cool whip until combined.
  • Using a rubber spatula, mix in the M&M.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the crust and spread evenly with a angled spatula.
  • Place into the fridge for one hour.
