If you have not made meatloaf lately because you need a good recipe, try this incredibly moist meatloaf.  It has a sweet, tangy, flavorful sauce.

INGREDIENTS
  1. 3 pounds ground beef
  2. ½ cup dry breadcrumbs
  3. ½ cup oats
  4. One med onion, very finely chopped (see picture)
  5. ½ bell pepper, very finely chopped (see picture)
  6. Two tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  7. One tablespoon chopped garlic
  8. One beaten egg
  9. ¾ cup tomato sauce
  10. One tsp salt
  11. 1/2 tsp pepper
  12. 1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning

SAUCE
  1. Eight tablespoons vinegar
  2. Eight tablespoons dark brown sugar
  3. Four tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  4. 1 cup catsup

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire, breadcrumbs, oats, egg, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, Montreal Steak Seasoning, and garlic.
  • Shape into one large loaf or use muffin tins for individual loaves.
  • Next, Add ½ of the sauce before baking.
