PINK DESSERT

Now I know it’s just about the start of the summer season but every Christmas my mom whips up this dessert because everyone always requests her “Pink Dessert.” I tried to think of a different name for this recipe but after calling it pink dessert forever, there was not another name that seemed fitting for this delicious pink fluff! It’s actually a great anytime, any season, dessert but family traditions in our house seem to focus around Christmas if you can believe that!

PINK DESSERT

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 16 oz container of cool whip
  2. 1 14 oz can condensed milk
  3. 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  4. 1 cup mini marshmallows
  5. 1 cup chopped walnut or pecans
  6. 1 20 oz can cherry pie filling

INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat cool whip and condensed milk together for 10 minutes.
  • Gently fold in remaining ingredients until well coated.
