Red Velvet Cake Trifle

Ingredients
  1. 4 eggs
  2. 3/4 c. sugar
  3. 1 1 oz bottle red food coloring
  4. 2 Tbsp buttermilk
  5. 1 Tbsp canola oil
  6. 1 tsp cider vinegar
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  8. 3/4 c. cake flour
  9. 1/4 c. baking cocoa
  10. 1 tsp baking powder
  11. 1/2 tsp salt

Cream Cheese Whip
  1. 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  2. 2 Tbsp butter softened
  3. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 2 c. Cool Whip
Toppings
  1. 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  2. 1/2 c. toasted coconut
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a jelly roll (15 in x 10 in ) baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
