INGREDIENTS

  2. 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  3. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. 7-8 ounces high quality semi-sweet or milk chocolate, roughly chopped
  5. 4 medium size ripe bananas, cut in half lengthwise
  6. 3-4 tablespoons honey, plus more for serving
  7. vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
