Apple Cider Vinegar & Greens Detox Salad

This delicious salad can be eaten anytime you need a fresh, light, nutrient-packed meal. You’ll love all the greens along with apple cider vinegar, chia seeds and crunchy sunflower seeds. Enjoy any day when you feel hungry, but also want to feel better in your body.

Apple Cider Vinegar & Greens Detox Salad

INGREDIENTS
  1. 4 brussels sprouts (finely chopped)
  2. 1 cup baby kale (finely chopped)
  3. 1 cup spinach (finely chopped)
  4. 1 cup broccoli (finely chopped)
  5. ½ cup watercress (finely chopped)
  6. 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  7. 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  8. 3 tbsp olive oil (or liquid coconut oil)
  9. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  10. 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (raw)
  11. sea salt and pepper (to taste)
  12. ½ fresh lemon (if desired)
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Toss all ingredients together. Salt to taste. If desired, drizzle fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
