Celebrate your birthday the right way and start off with these HEALTHY Birthday Cake Batter Overnight Oats. They’re prepped in less than 5 minutes and packed with healthy ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Better Oats Organic Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk, any kind (I used unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients (except sprinkles) into a bowl and mix until combined.
- Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight.
