CHICKPEA SCRAMBLE

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 1/2 cup chickpeas
  2. 1 Tomato
  3. 1/3 cup vegetable broth
  4. 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  5. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  6. 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  7. 1 teaspoon chili power
  8. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  9. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  10. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  12. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add the broth, bell pepper and onion into a skillet. Bring the mixture up to a simmer and cook, covered, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
