Mozzarella sticks? Marinara sauce? Nope! Crunchy tofu sticks.

Crunchy Tofu Sticks

Ingredients
  1. 1 package (about 14 To 16 Oz. Size) Extra-firm Tofu, Pressed
  2. ¼ cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  3. ¼ teaspoons Ground Ginger
  4. 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  5. 1 dash Sriracha Or Sambal Oelek
  6. ½ cups Panko
  7. Chopped Scallions For Garnish

Preparation
  • After making sure tofu is drained, slice it into the size of pieces you would like to eat. The smaller the pieces, the crunchier they will be in the oven.
  • Stick tofu into a marinade of soy sauce, ground ginger, garlic, and sriracha/sambal oelek. Marinate for about 30 minutes (you can leave it overnight).
  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Once you have marinated tofu to your taste, pour panko into another Ziploc bag. Transfer tofu into the bag and shake until it is covered.
