Ingredients

  8. 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  9. 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  10. 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  11. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  12. 1 dash red pepper flakes

Instructions
