Immune Boosting Grapefruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 grapefruit, peeled, cut into slices
  2. 1/2 cup yogurt
  3. 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  4. 1 banana
  5. 1/2 inch ginger piece, peeled an grated
  6. 1/4 cup purified water
  7. 1/2 medium beet, peeled and cubed

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients (except the beet) into a blender and process to obtain a smooth liquid.
  • Divide half of the amount into serving glasses.
