MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE

Mixed Berry Smoothie is an easy and healthy drink you can make for breakfast or as a snack. It’s quick to whip up and full of good-for-you ingredients! The sweet and delicious berry flavors make it perfectly kid-friendly, too.

MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE


INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups orange juice OR water, use more for a thinner smoothie
  • 2 cups mixed frozen berries
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt OR plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup rolled oats (use certified gluten free if necessary) optional to make the smoothie creamier and more filling
  • your favorite sweetener (honey, maple syrup, stevia...) optional for more sweetness

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Either serve straight away or store in a clean and well-covered container for up to a day.
