QUICK KETO CHICKEN RECIPE WITH BACON AND RANCH

INGREDIENTS
  1. 2 tablespoons butter
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons Homemade Ranch seasoning mix
  3. 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  4. 1/4 cup heavy cream
  5. 2/3 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
  6. 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  7. 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  8. 10.8 ounce frozen broccoli florets or about 4 cups broccoli
  9. 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

TOPPING
  1. 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  2. 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and add Ranch seasoning, cream cheese, heavy cream, broth, crumbled bacon, and cheese. Whisk to combine and cook sauce for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli.
