RAW VEGAN GINGERBREAD BITES

Sweet little no-bake gingerbread bites that take just 5 minutes to make in a food processor. Try them for a healthy holiday treat or snack on-the-go. You can even enjoy them as part of a healthy breakfast.

RAW VEGAN GINGERBREAD BITES

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 1/4 cup walnut pieces
  2. 1 cup packed, soft pitted dates
  3. 1 cup quick oats (gluten-free if required)
  4. 2 tbsp cinnamon
  5. 3 tsp ground ginger
  6. 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  7. 2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
  8. 1/2 tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add the walnut pieces and oats to a food processor. Mix until broken down.
  • Add the dates and continue to process until it forms a dough.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix.
