SNICKERS CUPCAKES RECIPE

Delicious chocolate cupcakes topped with caramel buttercream frosting and plenty of amazing toppings!

SNICKERS CUPCAKES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
Cupcakes:
  1. 1 (15.25 ounce) box devils food cake mix
  2. 1 (3.4 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding
  3. 3/4 cup sour cream
  4. 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  5. 3 large eggs
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Caramel Buttercream Frosting:
  1. 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened to room temperature
  2. 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 3 cups powdered sugar

Additional toppings:
  1. Caramel sauce
  2. Snickers Unwrapped Bites , halved
  3. Mini chocolate chips
  4. Chopped peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line two muffin tins with paper cupcake liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, pudding, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat for a few minutes, until well combined.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
