Spicy Korean Pork Spare Ribs

These Spicy Korean Pork Spare Ribs are succulent, sweet, and spicy. They require some advance marinade preparation, but then are easily cooked in the oven.

Spicy Korean Pork Spare Ribs

Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs. of pork ribs

Marinade
  1. 2 heaped tbsp Korean red pepper paste (Gochu Jang)
  2. 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  3. 1 tbsp of honey
  4. 1 medium onion, sliced
  5. 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  6. 1 thumb of fresh ginger minced

Instructions
  • Mix together the marinade ingredients
  • Rub over the pork ribs
  • Leave in a bowl over the fridge overnight.
