Strawberry Wet Cake - A super moist strawberry cake filled with real strawberries and strawberry jello and topped with a wonderful cream cheese icing and more strawberries!! It's perfect for a crowd!

Strawberry Wet Cake

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 box strawberry cake mix
  2. 1 3 oz. strawberry jello
  3. 2 16 oz. containers of sliced sweetened strawberries (I used frozen)
  4. ¾ cup oil
  5. 4 eggs
  6. 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  7. 1 cup granulated sugar
  8. 1 cup powdered sugar
  9. 1 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Mix cake mix, jello, oil, and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes or until well combined. Stir in ¾ cup strawberries with juice and mix well.
  • Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Let cake cool completely.
  • Make icing by beating together cream cheese, both sugars, and vanilla.
