Sushi Roll- Tempura Shrimp

Ingredients
  • 1.25 cups Sushi Rice, with rice vinegar
  • 6 medium Panko crusted shrimp, cooked
  • 3 sheets nori
  • 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced, long
  • shredded carrot
  • wasabi mayo (light mayo, light sour cream, wasabi) to add zest to the rolls
