Teriyaki Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  2. 1 tablespoon cold water
  3. 1/2 cup white sugar
  4. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  5. 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  6. 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  7. 1 clove garlic minced
  8. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  9. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  10. 12 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cornstarch, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, garlic, ginger and ground black pepper. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles.
